We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Should shipping costs be higher than that shown on your order when completed at checkout we will notify you by email/telephone prior to despatch.

Delivery Timescale:
Delivery is normally within 5 working days (excluding weekends) from the point of ordering. If you require a guaranteed express service please call Customer Services for details and to place your order.
Delivery Methods:
We use UK Mail, Parcelforce, Royal Mail and DHL.
Most of our deliveries will require a signature, so wherever possible please ensure that someone is normally available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Returns
If you return an item to us within 21 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price, excluding the cost of postage and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use an insured parcel service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our shop. It is important that you retain proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of riding hats or body protectors for safety reasons.

Returning a sale item
If you would like a refund or exchange on a sale item, please return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returning a faulty item
In the unfortunate event that an item is faulty please notify us by email: Info@thecountrystoreonline.com or telephone 01937 572000 between the office hours of 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm Saturday. We will require the item back for assessment and it is essential for both hygiene and for a thorough evaluation that a faulty item is returned to us in a clean, dry and presentable fashion.
