Card Security
We accept online payments through a secure server by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution. We do not accept any responsibility for any paperwork, payment or goods you send to us in the post.
Industry leading transaction security from Barclaycard
All transaction information passed between our website and the Barclaycard ePDQ Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.
Upon placing an order you will be redirected to a Barclaycard ePDQ payment page. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to Barclaycard can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Barclaycard are v1.2 PCI DSS Compliant and certified. Thus Barclaycard have been assessed and found to be compliant against the Payment Card Industry Standard and show the required level of security due diligence for storing, processing and transmitting payment card holder data.
Employee access
No individuals within our company or Barclaycard are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
